Achieving the Dream – The Final Mile SEA’scape Getaway Weekend.

In 2009 the Middleton Fire Department formed a committee to replace our 65-year-old fire station, which is home to 45 volunteer firefighters. Over the years the fire station has become too small for today’s apparatus, and now requires many upgrades to meet today’s health and safety standards.

After many highs and lows we can now see the end in sight, however there are still major hurdles to overcome. Both Federal and Provincial Governments made huge contributions to the project in December, however those contributions fund only the community hall portion of the project.

We have launched a fundraising campaign called Achieving the Dream – The Final Mile SEA’scape Getaway Weekend. The funds raised from this campaign will go directly toward the construction of the new Fire Station.

SEA’scape Package Includes:

•        2 nights’ accommodation in an oceanfront cottage at White Point Beach Resort
• All meals for two people during your stay from Dinner on your day of arrival until Breakfast on your day of departure (Specifically Dinner on Date of arrival; three meals a day on your stay over days; breakfast on day of departure)
• Invitation to enjoy all our recreation facilities and programs offered during your stay
• Complimentary property-wide Wi-Fi
• Complimentary endless ocean surf to lull you to sleep, thanks to the Atlantic Ocean kissing our shoreline
• Package can be used at any time with the exception of Christmas Holidays (as determined by White Point).

 Our hope to is raise approximately $10,000.00 from this campaign.
